The project will be developed and constructed in three phases:

Phase 1 

A museum showcasing traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) history and culture, residential areas, and a reception center;

Phase 2 

A research and development center building, cultivation sites, and industrial park tourism projects;

Phase 3

A wellness center and production line construction). The project aims to become a comprehensive TCM research and technology park that integrates cultural exchanges, scientific research and development, talent cultivation, creative entrepreneurship, tourism and leisure, and TCM therapy and wellness. It will serve as a park with functions such as office space, scientific research, teaching, exhibition, experience, tourism, investment promotion, and wellness. It is projected to generate annual revenue of 50 million yuan and create 100 jobs.
